Once you have received your quote and decided to proceed with the repair, print off the document we emailed you. Include this printout in your parcel and follow the steps below to package and send your device.
1. Prepare Your Device
- Switch Off Your Device: Turn off your device completely before packaging.
- Remove Accessories: Remove any cases, chargers, SIM cards, or other accessories.
2. Package Your Device
- Use Secure Packaging: Wrap your device in bubble wrap or a padded envelope to avoid damage during transit.
- Include the Printed Document: Place the printed form from your email in the package. This form must include:
- Your name
- Contact details (phone and email)
- Return address
- Description of the issue
- Seal the Package: Ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent tampering or damage.
3. Shipping Your Device
- Choose a Reliable Courier: Use a tracked and insured service to send your package. We recommend Royal Mail Special delivery

4. After Shipping
- Save the Tracking Number: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
- Confirmation: Once your device is received, we’ll contact you to confirm receipt and discuss the next steps.
